It would give the back four more of an out ball and another option to hoofing when closed down. It would also aid linking up the midfield with our forwards. It would even aid our full backs to overlap and get more crosses in. Seems pretty obvious. In terms of attacking, I genuinely have no idea what Carlos's current plan is.
