Rate the Travelling Owls Fans at Leicester

Recommended Posts

It was a great atmosphere, really enjoyed it. Leicester fans weren't bad apart from throwing the smoke bomb.

Leicester fans were good at the start but died down after around 20 minutes. Wednesday fans were great all the way through, even down in the concourse at half time.

Leicester fans chucked two smoke bombs into our fans but only one was thrown back by us. This was then thrown back at us. The police reacted well by putting 50 riot police between the two sets of fans but faced our fans all game even though we had done Nowt wrong. No Leicester fans were kicked out.

I've seen a few threads this season stating the away support has been vocal when, in my opinion, it really wasn't.

Today, however, was outstanding, especially the first 45 mins when there wasn't a huge amount of SWFC goal mouth action to spur us on. It didn't matter, those clowns near their drummer got both barrels, verbally, after deciding they didn't want to keepntheir smoke bombs in their end.

Top class away support today.

And the faces of the motorists, brought to a standstill by our OTT police escort, was also a sight to behold as our convoy of coaches and minibuses were escorted past.

Had a VIP thingy in the 'Lineker' suite, was diagonal to our fans......so proud and so immense in how they (we) sung and bounced all match.....when we scored it looked amazing, first time I've seen owls go mad away like that, as I'm normally in there.....fantastic and well done to all

Lovely Leicester inbreds chucked a smoke bomb at us, and it just missed this 8-year-old kid next to me. Poor sod was in tears, but braved it out and told his dad he wanted to stay - bet he's glad he did, although I bet his mum won't be pleased when she hears about it.

Its character building, he will recite that story for years to come...

Their drummer was ace, he was playing 'Dave Jones' Barmy Army' all first half for us. We should get him swapped with our band lol

Puzzled me he never stopped just carried on lol got our fans going
