Too bad I would support AFC Wednesday and Sheffield City would have far fewer fans as most people reject them in favour of the phoenix club which WOULD be set up. Total respect to FC United - but we are in shiite again & need the money of another cup run. FC Utd have just drawn the big boys of the non league & we have a cup history to maintain. themaskedowl Posted October 15, 2012 Share Posted October 15, 2012 Its been suggested before but it would work if we halved everything We'd have Sheffield off the pigs and Wednesday from us and call the new team Sheffield Wednesday The pigs could provide the white stripe and we could supply the blue, and play in blue and white Both have black shorts so that will stay the same We could play the games at Hillsbrough cos its bigger Sorted, lets get it done I was a straight NO, but now you've framed the argument like that I could be convinced.
