In keeping with our policy of zero tolerance all 300 suspects were arrested, the dog has been charged for wearing no collar and not being in possesion of a licenced human. In response to this act of aweful violence we will be banning all football matches for 5 years and seeking extended custodial sentences for any animal that appears 'likely' to have been drinking alcohol or wearing football colours 'likely' to promote violence.
