I fully believe players come in and out of form, he might have been out of form when we signed him . Jones was playing in L2 last season and its not like he's a kid. Pulled up no tree's with Bury this season and he looked lost in the games for us. Im not writing him off, he will probably come back in and do ok at some point. Ok for me isn't what we needed from this window. I thought we were only looking at players to improve out first team? 75k to take us over the finish line, f'kin joke. Hill might be a bit of a fool, but I don't think he's a mug when it comes to spotting a player. I'm sure the same people who are writing him off, wrote off Reda, and M.Morrison (who, by all accounts, has established himself as one of the best CB's in the division).
