For me I don't think a decision like this should be made until at least 10 games into a new season. Scott Parker got Bournemouth promoted in his first season, won his opening game yet 3 games later he's gone. Jack Ross had 7 games in charge of Dundee United and far too early to be getting rid of despite some horrible results (9-0 v Celtic and 7-0 v AZ Alkmaar). They did beat AZ Alkmaar in the first leg though and I thought they played some good stuff to be honest. Robbie Stockdale and Michael O'Neil had a bit more time with their respective clubs but surely if things weren't right then why wait until the transfer window is nearly closed.
