Ticket office problems

Anybody else having problems getting through to the ticket office?

I've just been on hold for 20 mins then been asked to ring back this afternoon as all the systems are down.

The guy(from an outside company I think) couldn't even tell me if I was able to buy 4 tickets for Bolton tomorrow.

The ticket office phone number is nigh on useless.

 

I tried calling it last week to report/replace 2 st's stolen, but just went round in a loop - after about an hour I got through to a very rude guy based in Nottingham who shouted at me for not wanting matchday tickets.

 

The Ticket Office staff at the ground are usually lovely - if you are able to get there...

I tried four times last week got the same message saying we are currently busy please try again later and then you just get cut off. Tried the 0114 number too that just rings through. The ticket office is a f*cking nightmare

Why do you need tickets.

Its pay at the gate.
