40 cars smashed. You shouldn't be parking behind the greyhound track, it's a scrapyard not a car park.

It'll be traffic wardens, they smash windows in if they can't ticket you

The kids used to offer that "service" in the terraced streets off Beulah Road (where the leisure centre stands).

 

It was "Look after your car for a tanner, Mister". 

 

It was a thinly veiled type of protection racket, but on a good day they could be looking after a dozen cars (in a fashion).

It's the traffic wardens, they get too much adrenaline when they see all the illegally parked cars and use too much force slapping a parking ticket on you window. I'm ITK
