Almat Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 (edited) Agreed. I personally think the loans have been counter-productive in that it appears the players have to play. We all know they are both going back at some point (i know we have allegedly agreed an option on signing Bothroyd but as that would require us to be a PL team at that time to afford him and basically he isn't good enough to be a PL striker that isn't going to happen) I'm not convinced what they have added (?) to the team has been worth the potential trouble this must have caused to team spirit. Guest Old Salt Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 (edited) Too many sh!t ones. I think with the approach we took in the market, 15+ players, we going to have hits and misses. The key is to sort the wheat from the chaff quickly and get a settled side that the others have to work there way into. Not persevere with undropable reputations who are here on short term loans.
