View of the South Stand 1991

Had a season ticket in the south stand lower between 1988-1991 just behind the home dugout which was great considering the team we had. Season ticket was about £20 more than one on the kop. Catering wasn't too bad and no pillars in lower. Occassionally got soaked when it rained though.

The new stand is impressive but lost a bit of character. Pity you can't see the gable end from a lot of vantage points in the ground now.

Is the dugout was nearer the Kop than it is now or is that just the angle of the photo?

No I think its the same now as both dugouts are kop side of the half-way line.
