grlj Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I don't think it was a case of massive over reaction, in the first 50 mins we did **** all right, had no shots on target and but for a good save could have been 3 nil down on 50 mins, Yes changes were made but they were made in the first half hour. I am very pleased to have been proved incorrect but the teams attitude as confirmed by DJ in his interview was wrong. But as DJ said we will not be able to turn league games round like that. Some people think they can judge an entire player's career by one shot from 12 yards? Mentals. Aside from the miss he looks very classy on the ball to me, looks like a great addition to our attacking options. The spin at the end was flipping hilarious though. andrewowl Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Madine looked nowhere near fit tonight,and picked up a strain ? COG worked his nuts off when he came on. picnic(as he was nic named in the live chat) looked a lot better in the 2nd 1/2 like DJ said the players went in thinking it would be a walk in the park. It took a 1/2 time multi testicleing to get them into gear, we had the same problems last season, only playing in the 2nd 1/2.
