People on here have been raving about 'Mr Full Bore' himself, Sean O'Driscoll..........Well Mr 'fantastic Manager' picked a team yesterday that lost 0-3 to Reading.......

Given that Donny are regarded as one of the best football playing teams in the Football league, why is it they can have such a bad result at home without the fans screaming abuse at 'Mr Full Bore', the players or the tea lady?

Don't spout about they play attractive football etc etc......this is a results driven business and Donny are down there with the average teams in the Division.....they are exactly that AVERAGE.....despite John Ryan backing the manager with plenty of cash since he has been there.

Wednesday.....can and WILL come good. With half of the season to come, fresh legs and better quality available you will see better football and more importantly, better results in the coming weeks.

Makes me wonder that some people on here just love to moan, they are so used to being down in the dumps over the past 10 years or so that they just can't kick the habit and look at positives any more.

Perhaps it's something to do with an overall assessment of how he has been doing rather than picking one game that best suits our purposes? Is it realistic for fans of Doncaster Rovers to assume they should be a class above the Championship? Do Doncaster have financial resources, a history and a potential that promises a long term future in the Premiership?

Where is the evidence that we will come good under Irvine? We're 17th in the form table since the end of last August, have collected just 4 points from the last 5 games and dropped 7 places in the last month or so.

Doncaster are 9 points away from the relegation zone in the Championship.

We are 8 points away from the relegation zone in League 1.

It isn't about just yesterdays result, it is about over the course of the whole season we are massively under-performing.

This club has been through hell, the fans have been through hell, the club had no money, big debts, cannot attract players we wanted because a fee was involved, we had to go with a begging bowl. Up until last week, the squad was weak and even though AI knew there had to be changes he could do little about it.

The situation is different now and new, better players are coming into the club.....lets see what AI does now the crap has been removed and his does have the players he wants. There is no reason why the team should not 'Come Good' unless of course AI does not select the best team and play the best system.....up until now he has been judged on what he had to put up with.......it is a different story from this moment on>

results will show an improvement and with new players, sound finances and management support we WILL come good. If there is not a major turn around in league results in the next month then AI should go but until then, it will be about the results and points on the board.

I for one remain hopefully things will change for the better.....time will tell.....

Do I have to make a forfeit if that does not happen? If so, what do you suggest?

Yeah I get sick of hearing everyone spout on about "the Arsenal of the North Doncaster". They are over achieving and their main aim is to stay in the Championship. O'Driscoll has done a good there but I don't think he would be able to replicate it at a bigger club as he wouldn't be given the time. For every game they play wonderful football there are at least 2 or 3 where they don't and they don't have any consistency. They are not self sustainable as the chairman ploughs money in and they don't even take any money from the outlets in the stadium. Anyway thats my view but I never hear of traffic jams on a Saturday at the Keepmoat as their attendances will go to show.

Ridiculous statement.

If you can't see why then there's no point explaining it.

Crazy statement.

The reason why they can have such a bad result without the fans screaming abuse is because the fans know what O'Driscoll is trying to do. Play quality football to get some results with a team punching above their weight. They have a lot of injuries at the minute and people forget how good a job he is doing.

Irvine on the other hand is underachieving due to his negative tactics.

poo poo comparison by the OP.
