More great publicity - Football crowds incident 'near miss'.

Should have knocked the stand down after the disaster and replaced with a bright modern one.

Would have been a fitting tribute to those poor souls who died.

The fences which meant that the people getting crushed couldn't get out was forced upon Wednesday and all the other grounds...

By a maniacal tyrant who wanted to make an example of the working class and treat them like animals. Remember they also tried to force the ID scheme on football fans only.

If you treat people like animals they will act accordingly.

The major contribution to the tragedy was the pens and fencing, which all grounds had to install in the 80's due to hooliganism.

Yes the West stand is out dated and needs rebuilding as the Kop does along with the other stands, but now every fan in there has there own individual seat indicated on their ticket along with instructions for which gangway to access that seat, their really shouldn't be any problems.  Especially as it is only used at about half it's capacity.

True.... But why is only half its capacity used?
