His credentials read well for what hes achieved in Germany, but the Championship is a different beast. Reading up on him you can see why DC’s gone for him, the risk is can he transfer that to English football. Much more intriguing than a merry go round manager. Hopefully he can recruit some players at a decent price who can make an immediate impact. Lets get behind him and what a start for him a week today.... Seems like a really likeable guy and hopefully will brush off on the players making them play for him. I agree that Team Spirit, hard work and discipline are the main attributes in any successful team, especially in the championship and can see the likes of Bannan, Hutch, Lee, Lees, Reach thriving under his leadership.
