Lincowl
Disappointed Buxton didn't get in the top 3 Ahh but in our last few games Mellor scored, Weaver did a good save and Miller scored a penalty.
zakswfc
20 goals in 30(?) strarts speaks for itself...I doubt a fans vote will make much difference on whether other clubs come in for him.. If Megson wants him I'm sure we would be able to compete, even with lower end championship clubs. Im sick of hearing 20 in 30! THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IS THE AMOUNT OF GAMES THE STRIKER HAS SCORED IN!!!!! CONSISTENCY Forget a brace, forget hattricks!!! The better of strikers are the ones who pick up a goal in every two games at least. not score a hattrick then not score for several games. Mellor has scored some good goals but has missed too many sitters. Also he cannot drible or beat a man. IF WE KEEP THIS GUY WE ARE DOOMED!!!! evaD
Disappointed Buxton didn't get in the top 3 I would have given Weaver it personally, I know he had a blip in form during January but if I dread to think where we would finish if it wasn't for his performances earlier in the season. He kept that useless idiot in charge for longer than he should have been Just seen that! Buxton got even less than 10% of the vote, and was behind Miller?! wtfmate
Ronnie Starling
Owlstalk should have had an award which could have been presented at the Exeter game as the other forums do.

Guest Big Guns
Buxton for me has been a revelation this season and not had a single bad game everytime he's played hes been steady at best ,just cos he improved on last year ,hes found his level as an average league 1 player
dorian gray
there appeared to be a large part of the season where mellor was carrying an injury, or didn't give a throw...six weeks ago, if the side was being picked by votes off here, it would have been touch and go for mellor to make the team... SiJ
Congratulations to Neil Mellor, but Lewis Buxton not even featuring in the top 3 is an absolute disgrace. Do half the people who vote go to games?
Guest Saturday Owl
Well done Neil Mellor, has to be signed on next season. In a decent side next year he'll get 25+ IMO. Weaver and Buxton would be my other two contenders with Madine also being in there as a top performer since signing him.
