OwlsMan1961 Posted March 23, 2020 Share Posted March 23, 2020 (edited) I remember Sunday soccer with Keith Macklin, great days, no saturated coverage of games like you get these days, can anyone else remember they could only film the first half in colour at winter games, it didn't matter much in our house the TV set was black and white anyway. Those Man Utd fans wreaked havoc everywhere they went that season and spent just that one out of Division One, but yeah that must be the biggest away following I have seen at Hillsborough, no all ticket stuff for those games you just turned up and if you had a big following then neither the police or the club interfered with or considered the segregation of fans back then, but the consequences of 'hooliganism' were that it eventually led to that.
