Generally enjoyed that, started off poor not pressing or quick & strong enough. JJ coming off knocked our confidence, he was one of the few of our lot actually wanting the ball. On that subject any news of his injury from RS?

2nd half we was the much better side despit their goal against the run of play. When we get posession of the ball in the final third we look great, just getting it there is the problem at times, long balls from the back don't stick.

Lots of good play from the players but also some terrible misjudgements that could have been disastrous. Also didn't understand Clarke for Varney when we was on front foot, MT & LV seemed to have built up an understanding and there was some good link up play. Saying that Clarke put himself about and forced a great save from a Potter corner.

Overall great result coming from 2 down

Very well summed up, I've just got back now.

And i agree with the substitution point you make, 5 minutes earlier i would have probably said yes take LV off because he was very quiet. But like you say the timing of it was wrong, Varney was coming into the game more and more after we scored (winning plenty of corners/throw-ins etc...), and he made an excellent run which dragged the defenders away from Tudgay for the 2nd. We had the momentum at that point.

Enjoyed it though in the 2nd half and was good to see Miller get his goal, he deserves one.

harsh on purse. 8 imo. did his best for their first and generally bossed it throughout.

spurr and nolan were all over the place for large parts.

I thought Leon for Luke was the right move and IMO Leon did well when he came on, making a nuisance of himself and harrying their defence. JOC was awesome yet again. That chip from Tudders tho...

The fans, you lot, sounded excellent on the radio today. After we went 2-0 down you sounded great too and can say you played your part in our comeback

we were very good, all throughout the game, my throat is sore as hell now.

Lee Grant though, that finger tip save from the header just under the post full stretch signalled to me why he is the best keeper in the Championship!

Best shot stopper - that save, and a couple of others tonight were fantastic.

But some of his kicking was diabolical, and he is still so so scared to come off his goal line.

This...

Re the Varney argumernt he looked anyyone that thought he looked lazy must have had one or 2 beers too many, worked his socks off but didn't get the rub of the green alot of the the

For that 20 minutes Tudders was brilliant he was very effective and played a big part, dont think its no coincidence that we lost some attacking threat when he went off

Saying that Leon did reasonably well, just saying it ruined the understanding our front 2 had took 1hr to develop
