Ssmith1978
Thanks to all who gave my mate Mick Brennan and Lyn Rigby a standing ovation at half time. Speaking on behalf of Mick it meant the world to him to have his own fans applauding his recent efforts in the Winter Paralympics. Hopefully he will return as a guest when he wins a medal at the next Winter Olympics. Thanks all

Wednesdayite
The Wednesday Family was at its best today, honouring our heroes, of all ages, fighting their own different battles. A very proud Owl.

Guest GreenGoose
Hardly a shock our fans being quality. Still it was a good thing to be involved in. Edited April 22, 2014 by GreenGoose
Guest sotonowl
Hardly a shock our fans being quality. Still it was a good thing to be involved in. I went to both games over the bank holiday. The Charlton tribute to Drummer Lee Rigby and the "theres only one Johny Eales" were fantastic as was the support at Bournemouth. Well done all of you. The Bournemouth fans behind the goal were so mesmerised by the Owls support so much they hardly watched the game.

Very much this. My family had a wonderful day on monday, and the hospitality and warmth shown to us was superb. I had the immense pleasure of walking on to that pitch with my son, who was treat like a king all day. I don't think i'll ever forget that, to be honest. The Johnny Eales chant sent shivers down my spine too. Was a rather emotional day, to be honest. Puts things really into perspective, if u think about it. I came away from a football match not caring about the result, nor the football itself, but feeling really proud of the club, and of the fans. Herb
Amen. As a Hampshire based Owl I always face the same question, "Why Sheffield Wednesday?" Stupid question!
