stevie snerklebox
…… A fellow relegation rival (Blackburn Rovers - with one win in something like their last 15 games), scored five…. That is roughly 17% of the total number of goals that we’ve scored in FORTY games.
OneEightSixSeven
This is our main problem, winning games when you can’t score goals.

1952Owl
SZMODICS has scored 23 goals I think this season now 4 Blackburn. That's the difference. Not one of our defenders or midfield players have scored 4 us 4 ages. Simples.
Ponte_Owl85
I fear us going down on goal difference. That's how Wednesday do things. After the turn around we've had it'd feel undeserving but you can't expect anything if you don't score goals.

No they have something we dont a consistent striker who scores goals. instead we have Fletcher on the bench a striker who last scored a league goal 364 days ago. SiJ
Let's see... We don't score enough and concede far too many. I wonder why we are struggling this season?
HighworthOwl
Don’t score enough and concede sloppy goals. Recipe for disaster. Said in another thread Sunderland sacking Mowbray has been one of the biggest events in our season. He went to Birmingham and got them valuable points while Sunderland have lost to most of our rivals since he was booted. If they take Röhl too that will be the icing on the cake.
