Accounts imminent

It's should be yes so that bit doesn't make a lot of sense, the 2020 accounts of Sheffield 3 limited and swfc limited should hopefully clear some of this up.

Chansiri clearly said in that press conference he had inherited a number of debts when taking over the club.

Seen similar before when business taken over and debts come out of woodwork that weren't obvious in the accounts.

Yet none of these debt seem to be listed against Sheffield Wednesday Limited - indeed there are zero outstanding charges against the football club. The last one was repaid on 17th July 2018 which is two years before DC took the loan out on the Stadium or even Sheffield 3 existed and also 12 months before the stadium was sold to Sheffield 3 limited, or 14 days if you use DC first attempts at filing the accounts. So it would suggest there was in fact no historical charges still outstanding on the club or stadium, that have been recorded anywhere on companies house or the clubs financial statements. The stadium is now owned by Sheffield 3 Limited another company with no employees and on companies house is down as a none trading company which seems strange when it need to pay £60m for the stadium over 8 years but appears to have no assets at all in the last filed financial statements.

But on the 30th September 2020 a charge was registered at companies house against assets held by Sheffield 3 by a company called New Avenue Projects Limited - this is a company that does  - Activities auxiliary to financial intermediation not elsewhere classified

If you want to see all the information is is readily available if you search companies house beta - type in Sheffield Wednesday in the search box you can see all the information file.

Either DC was not telling the whole truth in the press conference you saw which would be rare as he has been so up front and truthful in the past, or it may have been lost in translation as DC seems to have that problem a lot too.

Title of this thread, posted a month ago, went well then.

Was always going to be the case.

The 3 month extension was not a given by the government this time round, you had to apply for it.

We wouldn't go to those lengths to then submit any earlier than we'd applied for. 30th July will be earliest we'll see them, is my guess.
