I agree with you completely in general terms but on the issue of this thread, concern is justified and it is causing us problems in recruitment, again. It was about to be resolved 3 weeks ago according to this thread. I wasn't too concerned when we were under an embargo in April when we couldn't sign players anyway, I'd hoped we'd have it sorted by the time the transfer window opened. Silly me.
