Where Do You Think The Points Will Come From?

So realistically we need 22 more points to avoid relegation.

There are 14 games left so we need 1.6 points per game and this season we have achieved 34 points from 32 games which is 1.06 points per game.

22 points is:

8 wins (8 games)

7 wins and 1 draw (8 games)

6 wins and 4 draws (10 games)

5 wins and 7 draws (12 games)

or a minimum of 4 wins and 10 draws (14 games)

If we suffer 1 more defeat we need to win at least 5 games.

Our remaining fixtures are:

Home: Rotherham, Norwich, Huddersfield,  Cardiff,  Bristol, Blackburn,  Forest, Swansea (tba).

Away: Reading, Barnsley, Watford,  QPR, Middlesborough, Derby.

Where do we all think we will get the 4 - 6 wins we need to stay up?

Another 22 points we give us 52 points.

We might need 4 or 5 points less than that to avoid relegation.

17 or 18 points from 14 games will be difficult because we are a poor unbalanced side but not impossible with the new manager bounce we are hoping for.

If putting my house on it though think we will go down. Cant score and relay too much on players who are slightly over the hill.

It gives us 50 points...and the teams above us are stronger this year than most others...and lack of crowds means there could be more away wins than home for more than a hundred years...so lets say we need 45, just to be above the line...we still need 17 points...from 14 games

Unpopular as it is, I agree...the 'old guard' will take us down

I don't think Bannan, Reach and Lees are good enough team/skill players to keep us up.
