Jim Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 I think there are aspects of Barnsley’s model that we could learn from. They do seem to have a decent recruitment strategy. They generally buy and sell well but it’s not worked out as well for them this season hence relegation. As for us we do still tend to recruit players between 26-35 in the main hence why we always in general have an average age squad that is a little on the old side? This recruitment policy surprisingly for me hasn’t changed under Moore. Whether it ever will remains to be seen but IMO it needs to. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
