New manager?

Following on from my earlier message with regards to how we have lost our way with no direction compared to that of those S2 ones. We need a manager that will put together a group of players that are desperate to win and will fight for absolutely everything. A group like they have in the red and white that never give up and will run through walls for the club and the shirt as i previously stated. Big Duncan would be worth a punt. Look at how he turned them around when he stepped in at Everton before the appointment of Carlo Ancheloti. They were down and out until Big Dunc took control. He instantly put the players in the same mind set as him and the whole place lifted including players, fans, atmosphere and more importantly results. He then went back to being a coach when Ancheloti took over and look at them now. They've gone back to being the same old Everton. It just goes to show how different management styles get different results with the same group of players.
