Jos and dc are rightly getting the criticism (the chairman is the worst Chairman we’ve ever had) but the players need to take a long hard look at themselves ,especially the senior players .

Jos is to blame on three counts.

 

(1) Continually chopping and changing the playing staff

 

(2) Attempting to play a brand of football at the back which the players are uncomfortable with

 

(3) Freezing out too many experienced professionals at the same time

 

This has led to a complete loss of confidence, and an infectious nervousness which has spread from the back right throughout the team
