I'd revert to a deviation on 4-3-3 which taking into account available players due to injury and suspension should be;

Westwood;

Palmer, Lee's, Thorniley, Reach;

Jones, Pelupussy;

Bannan;

Matias, Forestieri;

João.

Hit them hard with attacking intent, Bannan, Matias, Forestieri creating chances in the channels for João to get in behind their defence. Reach and Palmer running the flanks, but having defensive responsibility too, while Jones and Pelupussy offer protection to the central defenders.

However Jos Wont play Westwood and I expect he'll play Nuhiu up front and not João.

I think though if he played an attacking intent with the team selection I really suggested that we'd cause most opposition some concern.

Joao is injured

                           Westwood

Palmer.          Lees.            Pudil.         Thorniley

            Bannan.      Hutchinson.      Reach.

            Matias.        Fletcher.      Forestieri

4-3-3

All experienced players (exp Thornily) all playing in positions they are used too.

Round pegs round holes etc etc

Aye.

why we are persisting in a formation that needs 3 quality centre back and wing backs when we have neither baffles me, it's not like it's stopping us leaking goals.

Need to play to our strengths. I bet Lees would love to be in a back 4 again.
