Whatever happens...

Recommended Posts

Just been on one Fulham Fans' site, suddenly they need more clinical strikers, a more physical presence in midfield to complement Cairney and two new CBs  (latter due to loans expiring). They also need to toughen up and need a plan B as they are too predictable.

Its wonderful to see how a couple of bad results can change their outlook as before they were going to sweep all before them with their fast attacking, fluent style. After all they were the team the other play-off contenders didn't want to play, some of their fans even suggesting all the other teams would lose their final fixture to avoid them.

What part has been fantastic? Yes we made the playoffs, but with the level of investment that was the minimum requirement for an acceptable season.

When you consider the way in which we've approached games this season I don't see how anyone can describe it as 'fantastic'. Are you forgetting all the games where we've been absolutely dire for the first 45 and only marginally better in the second half?

Dont mean to be a party pooper but some have short memories on here.

I think you need to take it More  generally, it wasn't so long ago we had a poo team and fighting in the pub league.

In comparison to recent years, and more generally it's been fantastic.

Owelstalk won't blame Huddersfield Town if we lose

They'll blame Carlos Carvalhal and the squad.

Do you mean we won't give them any credit if they happen to outplay us?
