I have to admit...i am in the category as well. Loovens has been solid as a rock for a while now. He just seems to bring the best out of Lees...great CB pairing.

Am i the only one worried about the lack of cover in this position though? If one gets injured it will mean Hutch will probably drop back into this position but this will affect our midfield presence!

Yeah, backup is a worry for sure. Hutch can drop in but that leaves midfield lacking.

Need an excellent addition that doesn't mind sitting on the bench! Not many of them about.

Posting that you'll now get some FUDder posting a list of the costs of the players that don't appear in the first team, through injury/abjection.

they can post all they like, still doesn't take the gloss off those 4 brilliant signings, every club also makes bad signings, it happens.

I'll be honest, I thought Loovens was going to be off the pace this season and was approaching the "twilight" period of his career....

....I have been proven very wrong.

Lees plays better with Loovens alongside him without a doubt.

combined net value = invaluable

take a bow sheffield wednesday, that is incredible business

Were they all brought in by Stuart Gray?

In particular Stuart Gray who acquired them all except Loovens. Gray and MM left great foundations for Carlos and Mr C to build on which they are doing.

I wonder what the combined market value would be for those quality freebies?
