Quite probably.  It's a while since I looked but  I'm sure his family own around 20% of the TUG, of which his father is the major shareholder as he setup the company,  and his brother who  has an active working role within the business and so are likely to attract increased shareholdings as per directors often do.  I know Dejphon doesn't hold above 2%, or didn't when I last looked.

 

I don't know the source of his income, but I'm speculating that he's on some allowance because of the wage delays issue that can be resolved one or two weeks later than required.

 

Happy to be corrected, it's all idle speculation really.
