@owlstalk
Garry Monk says Julian Borner should be available for the weekend. "Julian Borner should be fully recovered. He trained today and should train today. GM: This period now is about recovery, we need to keep the players as fresh as we can. Julian should be fully recovered, he was in training yesterday and will also be today "Josh will hopefully be with us some point next week." @owlstalk
GM: We've got four long away trips. There are protocols in place where we have to use two coaches. We'll travel down to Swansea tomorrow and prepare properly. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM: The Wigan situation is something none of us want to see. I don't think we all really realised what possibly is coming. It can be a worry. We're focusing on ourselves and the bigger picture is not knowing what's round the corner. Wigan won't be the last. Worrying times. @owlstalk
Monk: “I think there will definitely be more situations like Wigan coming if this situation with revenue etc. continues.” GM: It's too easy to say, well, the Premier League has all the money. There will definitely be more Wigan situations coming with no revenue. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on WBA: The biggest difference was how clinical they were. And that freshness. Those factors played the biggest differences in that game. If anything in the first half we edged them in terms of the balance of the game. We had opportunities. 1 Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM: I have great memories of my time at Swansea, 12 years there and it was a huge part of my life with a lot of success, but when I come back against them, I want to win so I am looking forward to the game Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on home/away: There's no feeling in terms of the game. You can tell in key moments. Like Bristol, we dominated the game and they scored late on. You didn't notice the switch in momentum with the crowd in those last 10 minutes. @owlstalk
GM: When we hit the post at 2-0 down against WBA, that's another. It gives you that boost when you need it. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on Wigan: Of course these are exceptional circumstances, that's one for the lawyers. You can't say it's had a negative impact on the pitch. We don't want to see a club suffer in that way. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
More from Monk on Wigan: "The main thing is we don’t want to see clubs suffer in that way. But we also understand that the rules are the rules." Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on Tom Lees: When we did the prep on Tuesday he felt his hamstring, scan came back clear. We're dictated by Tom and how he feels. We'll see if he's able to train this morning. We go by his symptoms and how he feels. There's nothing clinically wrong with him. @owlstalk
No update from Monk on the EFL charge... No word on verdict on when it will be decided Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on EFL case: No update, spoke to the club. I think it's just about completed of finishing off in terms of verdict, but I don't know when that might be. I had the experience at BCFC so I'm not surprised (dragging on). I can't control any of that. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on payment: Everyone satisfied on explanation of the delay. Not focused on that, ready to crack on with the football.. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM: Our role is to focus on the football and accumulate points, that's all we can do. We have proved this season we can match the top teams, we know we're capable of it but the consistency has been missing Owlstalk Shop

Is Lees one of the bad influences (sorry if i've missed something)? Strange he is stating injury, but medics say all clear.
@owlstalk
GM on Steve Cooper: Coops has done exceptionally well, he suits that club. They're a young, vibrant team with a lot of ability and talent and they've recruited well. It's a talented squad. Owlstalk Shop
@owlstalk
GM on Swansea: They started exceptionally well, but the Cship is tough. Consistency is what we're all striving for but they're still in a really good opportunity and will be gunning for the last playoff space. It's the same for a lot of teams. @owlstalk
GM: We've done a lot of really good things in these three games, we are working hard to improve things, enhanced principles and we want to take them into next season because there will be a short turnaround 1 Owlstalk Shop
