We have no choice - we are both stuck with each other in a very uncomfortable relationship. Probably need some marriage counselling to fix the distrust and apathy.

Let's face it though, is there any one else on the horizon - probably not.

If McSue dosnt relinquish control the 10 bob prince may be interested !

All the debts cleared. Are you sure? 18 months ago the debt was £38m, up to £20m from the previous May. At that rate of growth the debt could be  pushing up to £70m by the end of 2018.

But those debts are mainly loans to Chansiri.

If he converted to gifts, we'd be virtually debt - free (though no help with FFP).

Just because it is owed to Chansiri doesn't stop it being a debt of the company.

If he hadn't wanted the company to have debt then he could have just injected the required funds as additional equity but he didn't he injected it as debt, £38m of it by May 2017. In the 18 months since the last accounts the business has probably needed another £20m to £30m of cash but he still hasn't injected any additional share capital which means more debt.

The distinction between equity and debt obviously matters to him (or whoever's money it is).
