alanharper
Does Jos know that you're actually allowed to change formation and tactics during the game? Why won't he change his beloved uncreative 352/532 no matter what? Tuesday night, losing with 10 minutes to go, changes nothing despite having a very expensive attacking midfielder on the bench. Unsurprisingly we don't look like equalising. Today after creating nothing we somehow find ourselves a goal up late on. Bolton bring on two extra attackers to chase the game , so what do we do - bring on a like for like LWB for a LWB, and then in injury time we bring on Jones to shore things up in the middle. Surely it's to replace one of the two strikers we have on the pitch - no, he takes off the other CDM and changes nothing, leaving our two strikers on. Lo and behold, they make the extra attacking intent count and grab a, deserved admittedly, equaliser. I wanted Carlos out and it was the right decision, but we'd have seen that game out under him. Fail to see exactly what Jos brings to the club.
Cypriot Owl
Dare I say it but it would have made more sense to bring on Loovens. (But he would have probably given away a penalty)
Bagarri
I'm not sure I've seen a more inept manager with subs. Why test players every game but then never refresh it during games???
