There should be leaders across the team. 

 

CC has said Pudil has done well at CH and Reach has played at full back/wing back so the changes were hardly a major issue. Replacing Hutch with Jones should be a simple swap. Yes having to make subs early leaving him short of options later in the game but don't over egg it as some critical event.

 

The fact we don't have a replacement CH on the bench is a joke.
