Andrew_Owl
I'm pretty sure a few years ago no league fixtures were put on the date on the 4th round weekend, so if you won your league game didn't get moved to a weekday (like Burnley) and if you lost you just didn't have a game that weekend. Any one know why they changed it?
matthefish2002
I suppose to ease fixture congestion.

Any one know why they changed it? Probably cos Wafer/Feefa etc stuck in extra international dates.
alanharper
Looking at the fixtures for that weekend, if Huddersfield beat Reading and the other Championship sides involved in replays all win then there'll actually only be one league fixture going ahead (Toytown v Charlton) with the other games all postponed due to the FA Cup.
