dave110285
His working hours are days to train an weekends 3-5 it will be the traveling time that will affect where he can play.my mate was on licence and he had to be in for 6:30 every night so he couldn't play any away games
The Dukeries Owl
It would have been easier for him at Chesterfield, as Carlisle is miles from anywhere, but then again we don't owe Chesterfield any money.
Guest Big Guns
Load of rubbish this. He is living in the north east so Carlisle is the perfect place for him to play. If he had stayed with us it would have been a four hour round trip to training and back every day. If it effects your living you can get permission to extend your curfew to get home later than normal...but this must have been pre-agreed with the court. For example what would a bloke do who worked night shifts? Get out of prison to continue rehabilitation and the first thing he does is lose his job due to tag restrictions. If he's a burglar yes

cowl
How long before his curfew period expires?
Guest AbbeyOwl
45 minutes if Madine drives himself. Nah lots of roadworks, would have required several stops to abuse the road workers, could take an hour.
OWLS about that?
Where's his 'home'? Sheffield? Newcastle? Carlisle? Does he have to travel to and from training every day to his 'home'? He doesn't have a home. He's the human version of the littelst hobo
Dagmeister
How long before his curfew period expires? Normal release date is after serving half of sentence. Madine was released in advance of this (don't know if he wears a tag). I think its likely that the curfew will remain until the 50% period has passed which would mean he'd be less restricted by the time pre-season training starts. It does seem strange that if Carlisle (or Newcastle) is considered to be his registered home that we could ever possibly have been considering playing him this season. He'd have struggled to make it home before 7 for any of our games.
ruscol85
Load of rubbish. This is simply bad organisation by Carlisle. If they'd bothered to contact the authorities he'd get special dispensation to play anywhere.
