ItsAGrumbleFromImre
Quite how he got in that position from a dead ball hit straight I'll never know - simply awful defending by Bennett, Jones and invisible JJ on our LHS

Ronnie Starling
OH MY GOD I'm surprised that didn't bust through the net and smash through our scoreboard I've not seen a shot smash into the net as hard as that for years UNSTOPPABLE Yes it was stoppable. This is done by having defenders defend the first ball instead of standing off and letting him have all the time in the world. I could have done that against our defence tonight. Guest swfcadz
defending was awful but it was a wonderful goal and well done to him but we should put teams away with our chances and we didnt do that tonight
Guest Sheff Owl
Great strike, great goal BUT how much space did we allow him.. Our Defenders were like 'It's ok out there, keep him there, he won't hit it, oh bloody hell he's hit it, OH FFS he scored'

swfc261279
Our luck was out tonight. We had multiple chances to smash the opposition. They took the couple of chances they had. The woodwork was our enemy. The referee was our enemy. All in all, a very similar performance to the last home game, just..... Different Luck.......Different outcome....... Roll on Saturday v Orient. Guest one gary shelton
Our second goal scored by Jamie Patterson, just 19. Only broke into the first team this season, scored a couple before tonight, getting better all the time. Like any other starlet we discover...he will be sold sooner than later. eckington owl
Quite how he got in that position from a dead ball hit straight I'll never know - simply awful defending by Bennett, Jones and invisible JJ on our LHS This. Bennett was back to his old self last night, some truly awful defending. Rob Jones as well, he was being turned inside out, also, someone needs to teach him to head the ball towards the net when he goes up for corners/throws. JJ, meh.
