prowl
Wasn't it a working mens club years ago. I remember my dad taking me in there when I was a lad. Long time ago now. Maybe so long ago that my memory is at fault.

Guest
Same as any other boozer that’s called it a day Use it or lose it , always find it really weird when people start whinging about a pub closing down that they used to go in once a year or something

Function room booked Friday Saturday Sunday for the full year and beyond. Hugely busy match days, Friday and Saturday nights it was busy. Thursday night had its regulars. Two disasters in such a short space of time have hindered cash flow obviously. It wouldn't have so many interested parties in buying it if it wasn't successful. Numerous other examples Im not having a pop, massive shame for the owners if they didn’t have the cash flow to push through recent events , if you say there was a lot of business on the books it will be interesting to see how it goes under new owners
