But seeing Reach take that shot from near the touchline that narrowly missed, and then putting that glorious cross over for the goal

 

He looks to me like a player that's found a bit of confidence

Neither play like inverted winger, but get to goal line and crosses with their weeker foot.

 

Then again, as a team we are doing well so perhaps it is best not to change anything for now.

If they can stay fit and we can keep a settled side I can see them learning to interchange and swap wings during games to confuse and give defenders a different option. 

I've seen Harris popping up on the right on occasions and swap with Murphy. 

With more game time together I think it maybe something we'll see more of especially if the Rhodes & fletcher partnership blossoms up top.
