the top part of your post is totally a 100% summing up on this division.

the latter overlooks the 'fact' that 'winning' and 'winning promotion' is the 'holy grail' in the championship, but i'm not surprised as this club has been crippled for many years by the dogma of a number of it's fans wanting promotion, but in a certain way, before promotion at any cost.

they will, and so will many others, the fact that we don't is the reason were so 'amateurishly' put out by it when it happens.

it's seen as professionalism, 'kin 'ell revie, shankley, and co. were doing it half a century ago.
