Exactly. 

If you can manage to get terrific footballers buying into a hard working , well drilled team ethos then you have an even better chance. 

And I do believe that it was he is attempting to do. 

The performances he's teased out of the likes of Matias and Joao are the best we've seen from them. If he can continue to do so and do it with all the players, when messages sink in, there's no reason why we can't go from strength to strength.
