I look at it like this...

First season.

We were a bit to attacking, which worked wonders against teams who set up the same, as quality prevailed. but we didn't have the tactics or the quality to beat the teams better than us and we didn't have the fight for the smaller clubs who sat back.

Second season.

With the first season in mind Carlos adapts the tactics to make us more robust, but in doing so we lose all our attacking prowess. this does indeed allow us to go to big teams and get results, however our negative brand of not losing football matches spreads throughout the sqaud and rather then going and winning matches we are happy sitting back and not losing them.

Third season.

We take the attacking approach from the first season and the defensive approach from the second and hey presto.

We had an defensive approach this season, as every man and his dog were defending at the expense of our attack ,because good ole CAR CRASH or CC has you lot call him knew most of his defenders are DOG bobbar, and don't be getting giddy if he starts spending the Chairman's money because SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY WILL NOT GET PROMOTED UNDER CAR CRASH!!!!

TBH most supporters love to give the team their backing. It is usually the case that if the team show effort and positive intent, the crowd are supportive. Moaning begins when the opposite happens. Football is not cheap and people want to be entertained. Players on wages that dwarf what many of their supporters earn ought not to expect unconditional approval if they are not performing, they need to earn it. The majority of fans truly want to give the team their full support at every opportunity but neither should they be expected to do so unconditionally.
