Dont know about setting ourselves up for a fall but if we cant be a bit cocky and celebrate being in the playoffs again before they start when can we?? We've improved again and getting top six is surely mission accomplished for this season...if we fail to go up we'll be top two next season...im enjoying the whole thing!! (kind of..haha!).

Setting ourselves up for a fall ?? No we are not.

 

We have got to this stage on merit not luck. We are a very good team. We have momentum. We have experience of the play offs and felt the ultimate disappointment at Wembley,  so we know the pain threshold we could face. So whats to be scared of in our situation.

 

Now is the time for the tough to get going. Sheffield is a city built on 7 hills, we Wednesdayites are mountain people not whimps. We go forward with faith. We are strong enough to take defeat if it comes, so long as the team and staff give everything on the pitch, we can do no more than hold our heads up high and get on with whatever fate dishes out.Get behind the team without fear and leave any enquiry on the outcome to where it belongs, at the end of the season.

 

We are Wednesday.

If you can't be optimistic after finishing in the play offs for a second straight season, then it's time to find another hobby.

 

If we fail, so what, we go again with a strong squad and a good manager.
