Ahhh I remember that year very well,

It took me 18 months to pay the credit card off.

My son was only a baby so our lass bless her, let me get my fix, and said "dont worry about the money, you have to pay it back"

I can see the fa cup semi final against sheff utd in 1993 is held in the same regard as how Charlton hold the play off final in 1998.

Days like the original post can be up there with the best of your life. Apart births, marriages and deaths only football can really give you the extreme emotional highs and lows without taking banned chemicals.

well don't know your history with sunderland but if you think the same as we do about beating our city rivals at Wembley then you must have quite some hatred against them .
