You need someone to be honest, in this situation, and she clearly isn't going to be. Trust me, I know how these things work. Any doubt, argument, and it will be 'knock for knock'. £200.00 excess, and increased premium, regardless of protected no claims. More pissed off with the score TBH. Come on Wednesday FFS. I take this to heart too much. If you don't claim/report it then when she does it will look like you were trying to avoid admitting it happened, no matter who is in the right or wrong. As you say, insurance companies win either way as claims probably wont get paid, but the premiums go up. Probably the biggest rip off going car insurance. I think they tried to park the bus at their place, if we put the pressure on and get the crowd going i think we're more than capable of beating anyone on our day. She was in a new FIesta. My car is pretty big. Not very old. She's made a right mess of it. New front end needed. She was obviously travelling at speed. I suspect she only looked to her right and thought could just drive straight through. Anyway thanks for the help. Back to game. If we lose this will wee wee me off more. All bloody night.
