Teale has been ok. Jones seems reasonably talented, but hasn't had a long run of games. Ostemebor isn't very good unfortunately. Heffernan is a good player at this level, but Irvine clearly doesn't rate him. Weaver was a terrific signing. Not a terrible effort - but I don't want Irvine spending money in January, mainly because I don't want him as our manager. Agreed, the amount of times he's had to wait for buxton to overlap for him to pass is unbelievable as he just isn't fast enough to beat a man anymore. What about him in centre midfield? If I remember correctly the PNE fan that came on here praised him for some bargins, but also said that he wasted money when he spent big. Perhaps he works better under stricter budgets.
