We should help Kenneth Clarke keep the jails free, and neck the swine. It would save us a lot of time and trouble. Scum like this do not deserve to live. Maybe we could put KC alongside him. The people making these decisions, Judges, Politicians, don't live in the same world we live in. If they want to release someone on licence, make the judges and politicians provide them with homes.
