Just got back.

I was impressed by Nick. He seems to care and wants everything to go well for us. People where getting on his back but i feel he has his personal opinions and his professional opinions, which do not match. He cant be overly critical of the board at this time.

I understand why we cant have a new board at this point. However i think after November 17th if investment has not appeared and investors have gone I feel that that will be are best chance to push for a new board. We will have to unite the shareholders (if this is possible!)

My first question about the 1.5 Mill was well answered.

My second question about plan B after november 17th was not as well answered. I asked nick if he and Howard would continue alone. He simply answered yes. However i feel he and Howard could walk at that point.
