Watched the game and have to admit that, overall, United were the better team on the night but

the result could have been different had their goalkeeper not made 2 outstanding saves in the second half.

 

One thing I noticed though  -  these under 18 lads can play it out from the back 100X better than the first team.

I think we’ve finished bottom of this league for the last 2/3 seasons so all in all not a lot to complain about this time around.

Shipston, our best player is injured. 
Cadamateri our striker with goals is in the first team and we’re playing (a very promising) under 18 attacking midfielder as our CF.

Were also playing a CH in Brennan as our DM player.

 

While this was disappointing and ends our chances at the title, we can still finish 2nd and it stands us in good stead. Also with Röhl looks like some of these could progress both in style and to the first team.

 

Very small squad and couple of injuries are making huge difference for Us. Had to play two CBs in midfield (Brennan and Maltby).

 

Shipston is without any doubt best player in that squad and We are missing him a lot. Out injured and won't play again this season.
