ChinaOwl Posted March 7, 2020 Share Posted March 7, 2020 Wednesday as a club have been particularly poor at it down the years but there are numerous examples of clubs that have replaced experienced pros with lesser pros and it benefitted the team dynamic. Obviously it's hard to generalise because it depends on the individual circumstances. I can't say whether or not I think replacing Bannan would be the right move without knowing what the alternative option is. Neither would I completely dismiss the idea.
