RUMBELOWS91 Posted December 2, 2018 Author Share Posted December 2, 2018 (edited) So still JL persists in starting him wide away from home, in a position where JL clearly gives him defensive responsibilities, therefore exposing the weakest part of his game. Joao is our only and out striker with a serious goal threat. We simply don't have another striker that consistently worries opposition defenders. Hes unpredictable (yes, frustrating at times) and inconsistent - but he's dangerous and he will get goals from virtually nothing IN CENTRAL AREAS. At a time when we're struggling for goals he needs to be one of the first names on the team sheet. He needs to be partnered with the player that complements him the most to get the most out if him- and that could well be Nuhiu. Give this lad the confidence and support he needs and he will produce.
